Hi, I’m Judnefera Rasayon, a former diplomat turned executive communications coach.
With 15+ years experience including time as a Foreign Service Officer, Kindergarten teacher, and Asylum Officer I’ve built my career around having effective conversations about difficult topics where I got my point across and the other person felt heard. Now, I teach others to do the same.
After graduating from Princeton + Harvard and learning passable Korean I traveled nearly 7,000 miles to Seoul for my first job as a diplomat. I managed high-level diplomatic engagements, worked my way up to negotiating global health issues at the United Nations, and then left the Foreign Service to manage a classroom of 25 4 and 5-year olds.
Now I use what I've learned to help leaders + teams improve their communication and become more diplomatic communicators.

Once we’re clear on what that looks like, I’ll hold you accountable to the goals we’ve set so you can show up as your best self and communicate it with strength. I’m also here to be your sounding board and a neutral party as we navigate any complex situation or conversation that might come your way during our time together.

While “measuring” results are harder to quantify, most of my clients will notice a difference in their resilience and ability to communicate without feeling nervous, anxious, or blacking out during an important conversation. Conversations are more effective. It’s also not uncommon for my clients to land their desired promotion or other goals we set during our initial onboarding.
